The Hermès Baby model was launched in the 1930s by the Swiss company Paillard. It quickly became popular thanks to its compact and lightweight design, ideal for traveling writers or home use. The model shown here dates from the 1960s, a time when this machine was one of the most popular portable models, renowned for its reliability and ease of use.

Ultra-compact and lightweight, this machine was designed for easy transport. It has been thoroughly cleaned and serviced, and a new ribbon has been installed. It is therefore in perfect working order and ready to use.

The machine comes with its metal carrying case, which is in perfect condition. It also comes with its original user manual, which is quite rare!
