Description
Pluma 22 typewriter in green, made in Spain by the Olivetti group. For those in the know, it is the exact counterpart of the Olivetti Lettera 22, sold under the Pluma name for the Spanish market, sharing the same design and the same build quality.
The machine has been fully restored in our workshop: thorough cleaning, degreasing and lubrication of the mechanisms. A new two-colour ribbon comes fitted, so it is ready to use the moment it arrives.
It is in good working order. The impression is smooth and precise, in a lovely script typeface that is a pleasure to use.
Cosmetically, there are a few places where the paint is damaged, clearly visible in the photographs. The space bar is also slightly bent from use, with no effect on how the machine works.
It is both an excellent everyday writing tool and a superb piece of vintage decor, perfect for a desk or a creative space in search of a touch of colour and authenticity.
Sold with its original case, in good condition.
