Made in Switzerland in the 1950s by Paillard, this pastel mint green Hermes Media 3 is far more than simply a typewriter. In its day it was among the finest machines ever built, and it has lost none of its poise.

Through our workshop, it has had a careful restoration: complete cleaning, degreasing and meticulous lubrication of every mechanism. A new ribbon comes fitted, so it is ready to use the moment it arrives. The impression is precise, smooth and genuinely pleasant.

Cosmetically it is in remarkable condition for its age, and its pastel mint green shade is luminous, bringing a natural elegance to any space.

Sold with its original accessories — a brush and a cleaning brush — its instruction manual, a period advertisement and its original warranty card: a rare and complete set that will delight the most demanding collectors. It also comes with its matching rigid carrying case, handy for taking it anywhere.

Please note: the rear right-hand corner has a slight knock, with the paint a little chipped at that point, clearly visible in the photographs, with no effect on how the machine works.
