Description
Hermès Baby typewriter, made in Switzerland in the late 1960s by Paillard. Made entirely of metal, it embodies Swiss engineering at its most reliable and refined. Compact and sturdy, it remains one of the most popular portables of its era.
The typewriter has been fully restored in our workshop: thoroughly cleaned, degreased, and its mechanisms lubricated. A new ribbon is included, so it is ready to use as soon as it arrives.
It is in excellent condition and all the mechanisms work perfectly. The AZERTY keyboard is smooth and pleasant under the fingers, ideal for writing letters, notes or poems away from screens.
Sold with its original metal carrying case, ideal for travelling, and its original user manual, a rarity prized by collectors.
