Description
Japy P.90 typewriter in grey, made in France by the celebrated French firm Japy. A compact, portable desk model, rare in such immaculate condition, whose chrome keys set off the restraint of its grey finish beautifully.
The machine has been fully restored in our workshop: thorough cleaning, degreasing and lubrication of the mechanisms. A new two-colour ribbon comes fitted, so it is ready to use the moment it arrives.
It is in excellent working order. The AZERTY keyboard is soft and pleasant under the fingers, the carriage is in perfect condition and the impression is smooth and precise. It is fitted with a lovely script typeface, visible in the typing sample.
It is both an excellent working tool and a superb piece of vintage decor, perfect for a desk or a loft with a confident retro style.
Sold with its matching cover in the same colour, in good condition.
