Description

Underwood 18 typewriter in cream and caramel, made in Italy in the 1970s. A warm, unusual colourway with an elegant retro style that sets it apart at once from the more classic models of the period.

The machine has been fully restored in our workshop: thorough cleaning, degreasing and lubrication of the mechanisms. A new two-colour ribbon comes fitted, so it is ready to use the moment it arrives.

It is in very good working order. The AZERTY keyboard is pleasant under the fingers, every key responds perfectly and the carriage glides without a hitch. The impression is crisp and even.

Sold with its original brown carrying case.

Please note: the original carriage lever is not in very good condition, as can clearly be seen in the photographs.
