Silver Reed is the typewriter brand of Silver Seiko, in Japan. Its portables from the 1970s and 1980s are light, reliable and easy to live with, with a crisp typing action: very good machines for everyday writing.

We restore them in our workshop: full cleaning, adjustment, new ribbon and test before shipping. The keyboard layout is stated on each listing.
