A new ribbon comes fitted with the machine. Keep a spare : it is always what runs out at the worst moment.
Description
Produced in Spain in 1965 by the Olivetti group, this green Lettera 32 is a sober, elegant machine whose unusual shade gives it a discreet, refined charm.
Through our workshop it has had a complete restoration: thorough cleaning, degreasing and meticulous lubrication of every mechanism. A new ribbon comes fitted, so it is ready to use the moment it arrives.
It works very well, the AZERTY keyboard is soft and responsive, and every mechanism answers with precision.
Please note a few marks of wear on the paint of the metal parts either side of the platen — natural signs of the years gone by, with no effect at all on how it works.
Sold with its original instruction manual — a rarity that collectors particularly value — together with its original imitation-leather carrying case, in very good condition.
