Description
Hermes Baby typewriter in blue-grey, made in Switzerland in the 1960s by Paillard. A cult model, compact and light, which established itself as one of the most reliable and best-loved portables of its era.
The machine has been fully restored in our workshop: thorough cleaning, degreasing and lubrication of the mechanisms. A new ribbon comes fitted, so it is ready to use the moment it arrives.
It is in very good condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. Its sober, elegant blue-grey finish gives it a timeless look, recognisable among all others. Every mechanism works perfectly.
Sold with its original leather carrying case. Please note: the closing strap shows signs of wear, and a few light felt-tip marks can be seen on the top of the case if you look closely at the photographs.
