Magnificent JAPY L 72 typewriter, released in the mid-1970s. This model immediately stands out thanks to its very elegant beige color and original design, typical of this period.

Although marketed under the Japy brand, this machine was produced in Japan by Brother, a company renowned for the reliability and quality of its mechanisms. It is an excellent typewriter, as pleasant to use as it is durable.

The machine is in excellent working order. All the keys are fully functional, the French AZERTY keyboard is smooth and comfortable, and the carriage works flawlessly. The keystroke is smooth, precise, and very pleasant, enhanced by a script-style font.

It has been thoroughly and carefully serviced: completely cleaned and fully serviced. It is therefore ready to use upon receipt and comes with a free new two-color ribbon.

The machine is sold with its original white cover, in very good condition, which protects it when not in use or allows it to be transported.

Both an excellent work tool and a genuine vintage decorative item, this JAPY L 72 will fit perfectly in a loft, office, or retro-style interior.
