Return Policy
At Ma Typo, we place great importance on the quality and proper functioning of our typewriters. Each machine is thoroughly inspected and tested before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Return policy:
We do not accept returns, except in cases where the machine has a major defect or a malfunction due to an error on our part. If you encounter such a problem, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the machine.
Return procedure:
- Please contact us by email at [email address] with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing, along with photos or videos to help us assess the situation.
- Once we receive your request, we will look into the issue as soon as possible.
- If the defect is proven and attributable to an error on our part, we will arrange for the product to be returned at our expense and will repair or replace it, depending on availability. If neither is possible, a full refund will be issued.
Exclusions:
- Returns due to change of mind or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling will not be accepted.
- Any return requests made after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal for any questions you may have.
Remboursement
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to appear.
