Consul Comet typewriter, manufactured in Czechoslovakia in 1960 by Consul. This model stands out for its understated, elegant design, enhanced by colors characteristic of the era, combining shades of gray with brown and green tones typical of 1960s industrial design.

It is in perfect cosmetic condition, with a refined and harmonious design that gives it a strong visual presence, as attractive as a decorative object as it is a functional typewriter.

This Consul has been completely overhauled, cleaned, and lubricated. It is fully functional and ready to use thanks to the installation of a new ribbon. Its French AZERTY keyboard offers a smooth, pleasant, and precise typing experience, ideal for comfortable writing sessions. The keystrokes are both light and crisp, providing an excellent typing feel.

The machine comes with its magnificent light beige leather carrying case, which is both elegant and practical, allowing you to protect or transport the machine safely. The case closes with two zippers; the slider on one of them is broken, but this does not prevent the case from closing properly thanks to its clip-on buckle.
