Olympia SM1 in black, manufactured in Germany in the early 1950s. An iconic and timeless model, highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of beautiful vintage machinery.

The machine has been fully restored in a workshop: thoroughly cleaned, degreased, and the mechanisms lubricated. A new two-tone ribbon is included with the machine, so it’s ready to use upon receipt.

It is in excellent working condition. The carriage glides smoothly, and the AZERTY keyboard is responsive and pleasant to type on, featuring a beautiful script font. Please note: the letter “I” on the corresponding key is worn off; this does not affect the machine’s proper functioning in any way, as clearly visible in the photos.
